Scope

The Saudi Geological Survey will host and organize the seventh Gulf Seismic Forum (GSF2012) that will be held from January 22 to 25, 2012. GSF 2012 aims at advancing and communicating research related to earthquake seismology, earthquake hazards, risk and its mitigation, earthquake engineering, and the tectonics of the Arabian plate and surrounding regions. Participation is encouraged by all who have an interest in any one of these areas. Participation by students and professionals in the early stages of their career is especially welcomed.
